- I pray you all had a wonderful Christmas and that the coming year you will be richly blessed!
- I know some of you have heard that I have MS. Well ,I am doing great by the grace of God with this little problem.
- But this past week {Jan. 4th} the devil hit me with a new one!! He might as well give up!!!
But anyway,I had to go into the hospital for a little Heart problem.I recieved 2 stents in the left side of my heart. And as I lay there in that hospital bed,you know I never thought of a music chart or award of any kind.But I did remember all the people that I COULD have ministered to and didn't. So tonight, as I am feeling stronger,I felt the need to write..to write for Jesus,Not for an award or a top 10...But...Just a poem..
Have you ever seen Jesus in a Magazine,or seen his name on a music chart?,How many awards has our savior won,Tho HE should be the favorite in everyone's heart,
How many times have we walked that "Red Carpet"and thought of the red blood that Jesus Shedd?How many times have we been in the Lime light,Forgetting that HE is the light,as the good book said
Tho Awards,..and the songs we sing,Can mean a lot for wealth or fame,
We are here to spread the word,to share his love,his precious name
Tho you have won every award on earth,Will you have peace when all is done and said? NO ! not any peace will this bring,You need JESUS for what lies ahead.....
